  2. Follow these steps to learn about how to hang a
  3. mirror that uses sliding clips to attach it to
  4. the wall:

  6.     1    Mark the bottom edge
  7.     2    Positioning the mirrror
  8.     3    Marking hole positions 
  9.     4    Drilling the holes
  10.     5    Attaching the clips
  11.     6    Fitting the mirror

  13. Step 1 - Marking the bottom edge
  14. The first thing to do is to mark where you want
  15. the bottom edge of the mirror to be. Use a
  16. spirit level to ensure accuracy.

  18. Step 2 - Positioning the mirror
  19. Hold the mirror against the wall, level up with
  20. your line and then mark the position of all four
  21. corners. Join the corner marks together using a
  22. steel rule or similar straight edge.

  24. Step 3 - Marking the hole positions
  25. Use adjustable clips for the top and sides and
  26. fixed clips for the base. On the clips measure
  27. the distance between the screw hole and the base.
  28. With this distance measure and mark the hole
  29. positions.

  31. Step 4 - Drilling the holes
  32. You are now ready to drill the holes in the wall
  33. for the clips and fit the wall plugs.

  35. Step 5 - Attaching the clips  
  36. Attach each clip with its washer. With the
  37. adjustable clips leave enough room to be able to
  38. move them with your hand. Extend the adjustable
  39. clips to their most extended positions.

  41. Step 6 - Fitting the mirror
  42. Slide the mirror into position so it rests on the
  43. bottom clips. Now you can slide in the top and
  44. side clips if you have used them.
